Shipping, Returns and Refunds
How to order
Order in our online shop: choose the colour, size and quantity, add the piece to your cart and enter your delivery details at checkout. Items with a price on request are ordered through the contact form or at office@igorivanovic.com. Made-to-measure pieces are not ordered through the website — they are arranged in person. You can also see the collection in person at Mileševska 25, Belgrade.
Order confirmation
After you place an order you receive an email confirmation with the order number and the list of products, and we contact you to confirm delivery.
Card payments
You can pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard payment cards. Payments are made in Serbian dinars (RSD) on the secure payment page of Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd: you enter your card details only on the bank page, and our website never sees, receives or stores them. The connection to the bank is encrypted and payments are protected by Visa Secure and Mastercard ID Check (3-D Secure), so your bank may ask you to confirm the payment.
After paying you return to our website, where the result of the payment is shown, and you also receive a confirmation of the successful or unsuccessful payment by email. If the payment fails, your account is not charged — you can pay again or choose cash on delivery.
When you pay, the amount is reserved on your account (pre-authorisation) and charged only when we ship your order. If the order is cancelled before shipping, the reservation is released and the funds become available again within the time set by your card issuer.
Cash on delivery
You pay the courier in cash when you receive the parcel, in Serbian dinars. Prices on the English version of the site are shown in euros; the amount payable is calculated in dinars at the National Bank of Serbia middle rate on the day of the order.
VAT
The seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Prices on the website are final.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the purchase, the order is cancelled or a complaint is accepted, the amount paid by card is refunded only to the same card used for the payment, in full or in part, without delay and no later than 14 days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on the bank that issued your card.
Currency conversion
All payments are made in Serbian dinars (RSD). Prices shown in euros are for information only, converted at the National Bank of Serbia middle exchange rate. If your card is linked to an account in a currency other than RSD, your account will be charged in its currency, converted at the exchange rate of your card association (Visa, Mastercard) or issuing bank. As a result of the conversion, the amount charged may differ slightly from the amount shown on our website.

Delivery
We deliver within Serbia with the Post Express courier service. Shipping costs 500 RSD per order, regardless of the order value; it is added to your order and paid to the courier together with it when you receive the parcel (if you pay by card, it is paid together with the order, by card). Delivery takes 2–5 working days from order confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
For distance purchases (online, by email or phone) you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Serbian Consumer Protection Law. To withdraw, send us the completed form (below, or the PDF to print) or another clear statement to office@igorivanovic.com.
Returning the goods
Return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after sending the form, at your own cost, with the courier service that delivered them (Post Express), to: Mileševska 25, Beograd, Serbia. The goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, with the tag attached as when received, together with the original receipt.
Refunds
We refund the payment without delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the form, by transfer to the bank account you state in it or, for orders paid by card, to the same card used for the payment. We may delay the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent them.
Complaints
If a piece is faulty, you can file a complaint within two years of receiving it by emailing office@igorivanovic.com with a description of the problem and proof of purchase. We reply to complaints within 8 days.
